 Service Fees
A Service Diagnostic Fee of $80.00 applies to all calls.
Additional costs of repair are quoted by the Service Technician in the field.

Maintenance
A complete maintenance of both the Air Conditioning and Heating system costs
$125.00.
The Air Conditioning Maintenance price is $90 for the first unit and $45 for each additional unit.
The Heating System Maintenance is $90 for the first unit and $45 for each additional unit.

Ski Air Incorporated recommends having your HVAC equipment serviced twice a year to keep it in the best condition possible.
Maintenance procedures include (when applicable):
Clean & adjust burner assembly, clean ignition assembly, inspect & clean heat exhchanger, monitor flue draft, replace or clean air filters, adjust operating pressures, monitor starting capabilities, calibrate thermostat, test safety controls, clean & adjust blower components, measure volts/amps on motors, lubricate all moving parts, tighten electrical connections, clean condenser coil, clean condensate drains, measure temperature difference.
